Common C++ RTP is an experimental threadsafe RTP stack for use with Common C++. It uses a service thread to both schedule outgoing packets and organize arriving packets. Queued lists of packets are maintained both for sending and receiving, and packet payloads can be mixed such as for passing RTP telephony events. Recent builds of GNU ccRTP are also available for building handheld softphone clients using Open Embedded.
DashO is a Java application obfuscator, optimizer, and packager. It performs a dependency analysis on the application, removing unused methods and fields. Classes and members can be renamed using the patented Overload-induction renaming algorithm. Byte code optimization, control flow obfuscation, and string encryption can also be selectively applied. Special features include analytics for Java/Android/RIM/J2ME including exception reporting, Android obfuscation and tamper protection, and JAR watermarking.
db4o is an object database for Java and all .NET environments. Its features include ACID transactions, automatic class schema recognition, query-by-example, a S.O.D.A. object querying API, native queries, LINQ support on .NET, callback methods, memory files, cascade-on-delete, multi-threaded access, and Java Webstart and servlet support.
The Free Pascal Compiler is a Turbo Pascal 7.0 and Delphi-compatible 32/64 bit Pascal Compiler. It comes with a fully TP 7.0-compatible run-time library. Some extensions have been added to the language, like function overloading. Shared libraries can be linked. Basic Delphi support is implemented with classes, exceptions, RTTI, and ansistrings. A Free Component Library (FCL) is available with the base classes. Bindings for X11, ncurses, GTK, OpenGL, zlib, mysql, interbase and postgres are available.
For users on Linux and Unix, KDE offers a full suite of user workspace applications which allow interaction with these operating systems in a modern, graphical user interface. This includes Plasma Desktop, KDE's innovative and powerful desktop interface. Other workspace applications are included to aid with system configuration, running programs, or interacting with hardware devices. While the fully integrated KDE Workspaces are only available on Linux and Unix, some of these features are available on other platforms. In addition to the workspace, KDE produces a number of key applications such as the Konqueror Web browser, Dolphin file manager, and Kontact, the comprehensive personal information management suite. The list of applications includes many others, including those for education, multimedia, office productivity, networking, games, and much more. Most applications are available on all platforms supported by the KDE Development. KDE also brings to the forefront many innovations for application developers. An entire infrastructure has been designed and implemented to help programmers create robust and comprehensive applications in the most efficient manner, eliminating the complexity and tediousness of creating highly functional applications.
Makepp, a build program that has a number of features that allow for reliable builds and simpler build files, is a drop-in replacement for GNU make. It supports almost all of the syntax that GNU make supports, and can be used with makefiles produced by utilities such as automake. It is called makepp (or make++) because it was designed with special support for C++, which has since been extended to other languages like Swig or embedded SQL. Some features that makepp adds to make are: greatly improved handling of builds that involve multiple makefiles (recursive make is no longer necessary); automatic scanning for include files; rebuilds triggered if build command changes; checksum-based signature methods for reliable builds, smart enough to ignore whitespace or comment changes; extensibility through Perl programming (within your makefile); repositories (automatically importing files from another tree); and build caches (not recompiling identically what a user of the same cache already did).
The acronym MICO expands to MICO Is CORBA. The intention of this project is to provide a freely available and fully compliant implementation of the CORBA 2.3 standard. MICO has become quite popular as an OpenSource project and is widely used for different purposes (see our success stories). Our goal is to keep MICO compliant to the latest CORBA standard.
