It supports QuickSort, QuickSort and Median-of-Three, QuickSort and Median-of-Three and partition visualization, Insertion Sort, Selection Sort, Bubble Sort, Merge Sort, Heap Sort, Shell Sort, Shaker Sort, Straight Radix Sort, and Distribution Counting Sort.
The Noble Ape Simulation is a collection of a number of autonomous simulation components including a landscape simulation, biological simulation, weather simulation, sentient creature (Noble Ape) simulation, and a simple intelligent-agent scripting language (ApeScript). Noble Ape also contains a social simulation where the Noble Apes can be tracked in terms of social groups and also over many generations to explain social phenomenon to users looking to study this kind of interaction. It has been in development for more than a fifteen years.

jHepWork (jWork) is an environment for scientific computation, data analysis, and data visualization for scientists, engineers, and students. The program is fully multi-platform (written in Java). Programs can be written in the Java, Jython/Python, and BeanShell scripting languages. Matlab/Octave is supported for symbolic calculations. The program can be used to display data and functions in D and 3D. It comes with a friendly IDE and a code assist.
Moving Map provides a moving GPS map and 3D GPS logger for your Java enabled handheld. It can either use an internal GPS (such as in the Nokia N95 and BlackBerry 8800) or connect to an external Bluetooth GPS receiver. It supports vector maps and paths created in Google Earth and can export logs to Google Earth.
